Data cross-checked. Computed by the same pipeline as the STH realized price, MVRV and SOPR, which are cross-checked daily against an independent on-chain data provider (realized price: median difference 0.47% over 1,375 days (2023-01-01 to 2026-10-15); 95% of days within 1.96%); internal identity checks (supply in profit + supply in loss = supply) pass every day. Formula

STH Supply = Σ(BTC in unspent outputs with creation age < 155 calendar days).

How to read it

This measures bitcoin in recently created outputs. Supply can change because coins move or age out of the cohort. A wallet reshuffle can create young outputs without new investment entering the market.

Limitations

  • This is a UTXO-based count with a calendar-day cutoff. Entity-adjusted providers use different clustering and cohort rules; levels and turning points are not guaranteed to match.
  • On-chain movements include transfers between an owner's own wallets. They do not establish actual purchases, sales or investor identity.
  • The latest day is provisional. Data is updated daily; hourly resolution does not mean hourly publication.
